I'm a results-driven, creative, and resourceful team player with an entrepreneurial spirit. I thrive off the creativity and enthusiasm of others, and my goal is to surround myself with professionals who have a true passion for what they do in the work place. My passion lies primarily with understanding how people learn, and motivating people to apply what they learn more effectively so that they can become more successful and balanced individuals.
My goal is to become a certified high school math and science teacher, while also acting as the Director of Research and Seminar Development for TBS. Outside of the academic world, I present seminars geared towards increasing employee productivity and improving profitability through business and customer development.
I have over 15 years of process management experience in the commercial, industrial, and residential markets. My program development, product design, and project management experience has proven invaluable, and has exposed me to a consortium of like-minded professional colleagues in many facets of business, including architectural design, website development, sales & marketing, advertising, and professional development. I have a proven track record in facilitating effective collaboration with all stakeholders to drive projects to a successful conclusion, from initial design through implementation.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, and spending quality time with my family. I recently completed a manuscript for my first novel, and I am currently speaking with individuals to help get my work published. I have also written and presented numerous white papers on market studies, business and customer development, leadership effectiveness, and raising awareness of LEED standards.
