Laurel Cavalluzzo
Laurel founded Madison Marketing Communications in 2005. Her role on The Business Source team is as the integrator of social media with clients' communications initiatives. Her focus is to first explain how social media can be a valuable part of a company's marketing strategy, and then she works with clients on the development, execution, and measurement of social media, which is, as we all know, a rapidly emerging and increasingly important area in the world of communications.
Laurel also brings to the table an extensive background in all facets of traditional marketing. She is the former Marketing Director for Speedpass Network (a venture of Exxon Mobil Corporation), and also developed loyalty programs the retailers and distributors of Mobil Oil Corporation. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as undergraduate business degree from Georgetown University.
